"speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,"
ByGrace is a contemporary praise and worship band leading people in worship during Holland's Sunday morning contemporary service. Our band is composed of acoustic, bass, and lead guitars, keyboard and piano, drums, and vocals. We enjoy adding a variety of other instruments, including banjo, mandolin, trumpet, harmonica, and strings.
We meet for practice sessions every Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:30 pm. In addition to practicing our music skills and songs for the Sunday service, we also take this time to hold devotions and prayers.
ByGrace is led by our Director of Music (Contemporary), Doug Pedigo: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chancel Choir (Traditional)
The Holland’s Chancel Choir is open to ALL adults and youth ages 14 and up. The ability to read music and/or previous choral experience is not required. During the school year, the chancel choir sings during the two traditional worship services (8:30 and 11:00) and they rehearse on Wednesdays at 7:30pm. The Chancel Choir also sings for special services throughout the year, such as:
- Ash Wednesday
- Holy Thursday
- Christmas Cantata
- Christmas Eve
Each week at practice, our souls are fed with music, friendship, food, and fun as we worship our Lord. It is truly a privilege to be a part of this choir!

PRZ (Youth Music Ministry)
Our youth praise band, PRZ, was founded by an interested group of adults in the Spring of 2013. The guiding scripture for this ministry is Psalm 95: 1-2, “Come, let’s shout praises to God, raise the roof for the Rock who saved us! Let’s march into his presence singing praises, lifting the rafters with our hymns!” Vocalists and instrumentalists join together to praise God though music and song! PRZ plays several times a year for one of the worship services and for special youth events like Discovery and Youth Sunday.
Glory Bells (Hand bell Choir)
This group is a mixture of beginners to advanced bell ringers. The ages range from 21 to 100. We play a variety of music at all different levels. No music background is required although there are benefits to being able to read music. The Glory Bells meet every Wednesday evening at 6:15. For questions regarding the Glory Bells, contact Betty Bowes: firstname.lastname@example.org.
